Annual salary, male: $48,867
Annual salary, female: $41,310.88

Across the board, in all occupations, men are paid more than women in Manitoba, though the discrepancy is glaring in some fields. Male business and finance professionals in Manitoba earned nearly 23 per cent more than females in the same industry last year, while men holding sales and service jobs took home over 28 per cent more in 2011, on average.
