Considering how toddlers are being pulled in all directions to excel, a yoga program might be a welcome respite. The naturally malleable tykes learn to de-stress and breathe deeply while still in diapers. Classes where parents bring their infants are the norm these days. A lot of pregnant women introduce their kids in utero. They’re practically born saying: “Namaste.”
