With the Charity 100, MoneySense has created Canada's first-ever grading system for the country's top 100 charities. The magazine assigns grades based on how each charity performs in the following four categories:

* Charity efficiency
* Fundraising efficiency
* Governance and transparency
* Reserve fund size

Here are 10 of those charities — in particular, the 10 biggest by donations received and money brought in through fundraising.
