Switzerland, to the surprise of nobody who follows global “best of” lists, excels at many things, including its third-ranked health care system, according to the Legatum Institute. But the Swiss do two things incredibly well. The nation, according to Legatum, has not only the strongest government in the world, but also the sturdiest economy there is today.
