Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Transportation equipment. Down four cents, 0.98 per cent, at $4.04 on 21,898,855 shares.
Viterra Inc. (TSX:VT). Grain-handler. Up 28 cents, or 1.94 per cent, at $14.73 on 11,268,988 shares. Stock in Viterra continued to rise on word of a potential takeover despite reservations expressed by Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall, who said the province would need to weigh the fiscal and economic impacts of the move on the Regina-based company.
BlackPearl Resources Inc. (TSX:PXX). Oil and gas. Up two cents, or 0.45 per cent, at $4.47 on 9,942,247 shares.
Twin Butte Energy Ltd. (TSX:TBE). Oil and gas. Down seven cents, or 2.73 per cent, at $2.49 on 6,082,766 shares.
Manulife Financial Corp. (TSX:MFC). Insurer. Up 38 cents, or 3.10 per cent, at $12.65 on 4,897,123 shares.
Kinross Gold Corp. (TSX:K). Miner. Down 42 cents, or 3.88 per cent, at $10.40 on 4,318,061 shares.
TSX Venture Exchange (1,627.37, down 8.72 points):
Renegade Petroleum Ltd. (TSXV:RPL). Oil and gas. Up four cents, or 0.95 per cent, at $4.16 on 3,791,675 shares.
CardioComm Solutions Inc. (TSXV:EKG). Health-care. Up three cents, or 5.26 per cent, at 60 cents on 3,329,528 shares.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (TSX:VRX). Pharmaceuticals. Down 18 cents, or 0.33 per cent, at $54.09 on 339,016 shares. The stock dropped even as Valeant said it was expanding its presence in eastern Europe by acquiring Austrian generic drug company Gerot Lannach, whose assets are primarily in Russia, for less than $185 million.
Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU). Computer software. Up 89 cents, or 0.95 per cent, at $94.39 on 5,465 shares. Constellation said Tuesday that its largest shareholder, the private equity arm of OMERS, is selling part of its stake in the company. OMERS Private Equity has signed a deal to sell 1.7 million of its shares in Constellation Software at an offering price of $87.50 per share.
