Week of September 22:

Citizens Financial Group Inc. - Providence, R.I., 140 million shares, priced $23 to $25, managed by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed NYSE symbol CFG. Business: U.S banking arm of RBS with 1,230 branches across the Northeast and Midwest.

Civitas Therapeutics Inc. - Chelsea, Mass., 5 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by J.P. Morgan, and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CVTS. Business: Biotech developing an inhaler to treat re-emerging "off" episodes of Parkinson's disease.

CONE Midstream Partners LP - Canonsburg, Pa., 17.5 million common units, priced $19 to $21, managed by Wells Fargo, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol CNNX. Business: MLP formed by CONSOL and Noble to own pipelines in the Marcellus Shale.

CyberArk Software Ltd. - Petach Tikva, Israel, 5.36 million ordinary shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CYBR. Business: Provides enterprise software that detects cyber attacks on privileged accounts.

DT Asia Investments Ltd. - Hong Kong, China, but incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, 6 million units, each consisting of one ordinary share and one right, priced at $10 each, managed by EarlyBird Capital. Proposed Nasdaq Capital Market symbol CADTU. Business: Blank check company formed to acquire a middle-market growth business in China.

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. - Bogota, Colombia, 73.5 million American depositary shares, each representing 20 preferred shares, managed by J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol AVAL. Business: Colombia's largest banking group with $86 billion in total assets.

Medley Management Inc. - New York, 6 million class A shares, priced $20 to $22, managed by Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Barclays. Proposed NYSE symbol MDLY. Business: Credit-focused asset manager with $3.3 billion of assets under management.

Smart & Final Stores Inc. - Commerce, Calif., 13.45 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol SFS. Business: Ares-backed warehouse-style grocery chain with 250 locations in the Western U.S.

Travelport Worldwide Ltd. - Langley, U.K., but incorporated in Bermuda, 30 million common shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol TVPT. Business: Operates the third-largest global distribution system for the travel industry.

Vantage Energy Inc. - Englewood, Calif., 23.55 million shares, priced $24 to $27, managed by Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol VEI. Business: Oil and gas E&P operating in the Marcellus and Barnett Shale.

Vitae Pharmaceuticals Inc. - Fort Washington, Pa., 5 million shares, priced $11 to $13, managed by Stifel, and BMO Capital Markets. Proposed Nasdaq symbol VTAE. Business: Developing small molecule drugs for type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer's.
