The average sale price of homes across Canada was up 1.6 per cent over the same month last year. This number is heavily influenced by the dip in home sales in Greater Vancouver and Greater Toronto. Without those two markets, home prices across Canada actually rose by 3.3 per cent. Click through to see where it costs the most to buy a home in Canada.
